Based in the historic City of Derry, close to the beauty of the
Donegal landscape and the rugged Wild Atlantic Way.

I produce artwork using a variety of mediums including copper wire, paper, ink,
found objects, organic material and of course paint. Sometimes my creating
involves a combination of multiple elements and sometimes it is an experiment with something new. Either way, I enjoy creating artwork from seemingly inappropriate elements where the materials themselves can dictate the outcome.

Most work entails some aspect of landscape and strives to raise a smile, capture a moment or stir a memory. My musings are typically simplistic and naive, but prompt the possibility of embracing a moment for reflection, creativity and presence

I have been fortunate to have had work commissioned and presented to a
range of high profile figures including Barack Obma, Nancy Pelosi,
The Lord Mayor of London and President Micheal D Higgans,
however most work is commissioned or purchased
by very ordinary people and hangs on very ordinary walls..

Regardless of the medium, my work offers an invitation to pause and contemplate
while exploring the simplicity and the intricacy of both the medium itself
and the moment that evolves by creating an element of connection with ourselves,
and the space that we inhabit.
